This place of discovered and knowledge constitutes, on three level, an enthralling introduction to the history of the plate of Millevaches, the times most moved back at our days. Marius Vazeilles (1881-1973) old keeps general of National Forestry Commission, set on archaeology, gathered a remarkable collection, tools paleolitic and Neolithic era, funerary furniture Gallo-Roman but also of testimonys of the local rural life (movable, houses country-woman, ustensils of the everyday life, ploughing implements, clothing…)
