Turgotière is the road established by Turgot, large Intendant of the Limousin and Minister for Finance of Louis XVI, to facilitate the East-West exchanges i.e. between Limoges and Bort-the-Organ and It would have often slept in the monastery in the wing currently occupied by the Center of Contemporary art where the higher stages were reserved to the important characters
